The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was cozy. Best aspects were that we could have breakfast delivered to the room and the late check-out time was great because we could explore the city a bit more before leaving.
We could not get a taxi from the hotel, which was inconvenient and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the room. Lastly, the exposed wires and potential danger in the bathroom were quite concerning.

The hotel had poor customer service and maintenance. When we had issues with the air conditioning and sofa bed, staff attitude was unhelpful.
